Roles and Responsibilities
1. To perform the manufacturing and packing activities as per specified batch records for TDS products.
2. To know and handle the TDS processing equipment like Ross mixer/manufacturing vessel, Coating machine (Optimag/Matthis), Slitting machine, Converting & Pouching machine (Delta/Harro), Cartonator, parent-child system, etc.
3. To Perform operation and cleaning, maintenance activity as per the Current Standard Operating Procedure of the area and equipment.
4. To handle routine cGMP documents like logbook, cleaning checklist of the area as well as equipment,
5. To handle the troubleshooting of processing equipments like Coating machine (Optimag/Matthis), Slitting machine, Converting & Pouching machine (Delta/Harro), Cartonator, etc.
