Key Job Description:
- Supervisor
- To do the work as per cGMP and GDP.
- Daily and monthly production planning and reports.
- To maintain proper planning, scheduling and achievement of production with optimum utilization of resources.
- Review of documentation
- Work distribution & optimum utilization of manpower in concerned area.
- To ensure proper & complete documentation in the department.
- Issuance of control documents from QA.
- Certification of area & equipment for next activity.
- To perform the Filling of products as per mention in Batch Record.
- To receive and verify the dispensed material as per dispensing sheet in BPR.
- To ensure cleanliness of the area and machine.
- To perform the line clearance of filling machine as per respective SOPs.
- To ensure the changeover of machine done as per pack size
- To ensure all in process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes.
- To organize and co-ordinate training of subordinates and workers.
- Implementation of corrective actions and preventive actions.
- Online batch documentation with good documentation practices.
- Checking calibration / preventive maintenance status of equipment’s and coordinates with engineering department for further activity.
- To perform self-inspection, assist in failure investigation, market complaints investigation.
- To ensure compliance to all regulatory requirements and internal audits.
- To co-ordinate with all departments i.e. with QC, QA, Eng., HR and GDSO.
Experience / Exposure in:
Must have knowledge and experience in regulatory audit
Should have faced regulatory audits like USFDA, MHRA, MCC and ANVISA etc.
