Bioanalytical and Bioassay:
- Bioanalytical project lead for Method development, Validation and Study sample analysis for detection of Drug (PK), Anti-drug antibodies (ADA), Biomarkers (PD) and Neutralizing antibody (NAb) and Bioassay within a regulatory compliant laboratory (GLP/GCP/GMP) supporting pre-clinical and clinical trial programs for various peptide and protein biotherapeutics.
- Planning and execution of Immunoassays and Bioassay Method development and validation experiments for different platforms as per the regulatory requirement in GLP, GCP and GMP environment.
- Statistical analysis of generated data using various biostatistical software tools, experience in handling of SoftmaxPro software, other suitable softwares and report generation.
- QC/Review of Laboratory Note Book, Raw Data, Method Validation Report and Study Sample Analysis Report for completeness and correctness.
- Establishing lab and Implementation of Quality Systems and SOPs as per requirement of current regulatory guidelines.
- Preclinical and clinical study sample inventory management as per the study requirement.
- Procurement of reagents and consumables as per the study requirement
- Preparation of costing for different assays as per the method feasibility requirement.
- Bioanalytical and Bioassay lab maintenance as per the regulatory compliance.
