Packaging
- Work distribution and optimum utilization of manpower.
- To organize and co-ordinate training of subordinates and workers related to Packaging area.
- To monitor the issuance of packing materials.
- Alarm Identification & management as per SOP
- To ensure all in-process checks and monitoring of all intermediate processes.
- To check set process parameters in PLC/SCADA as per BPR before machine run in Packaging area.
- To check/review/verify operation of Packaging machine as per respective equipment Operation SOP
- Will be responsible for scrap management as per SOP.
- To identify the problems with the machine and undertake trouble shooting activity where required.
- To ensure work is carried on in the Packing section according to the SOPs
- To coordinate with departmental colleagues & HOD & QA in cases of discrepancies in Packing Section.
- To organize and co-ordinate for training to all subordinates as per SOP revision/any other Training requirements in Packing area.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Essential Qualification : M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Years of Experience : 2 -8 Years Experience
- Preferred Age Group : Less than 32 years
- Should have experience in Supervision, operation & monitoring of Packaging Line
- Should have good inter-personal & leadership skills
- Candidate willing to relocate to Goa will be considered
