Roles and Responsibilities:
- To ensure optimum availability of engineering services including Utilities & power.
- To ensure that all the projects are completed in the given time frame and within the allocated resources/ approved budget.
- To prepare, monitor and control revenue and capex budget.
- To prepare the power, fuel budget and provide input for budgeting process to monitor on regular basis, to be in line with the budget.
- To ensure compliance to preventive Maintenance & Calibration schedules.
- To ensure all deviations related to Engineering departments are investigated and conclusions are recorded on time.
- To ensure CAPA’s, CCR’s related to engineering are closed on time.
- To perform all SAP, Track wise CAPA, LMS & DCM activities relevant to the job role.
- To review & approve SOPs as per requirement.
- To review risk impact analysis, risk assessment & risk re-assessment.
- Planning & implementation of CAPA actions arises out of investigations, observations, risk assessments & regulatory observations.
- To initiate and review the energy conservation activities and projects.
- To ensure Liaison with allied government agencies for statutory requirements specific to engineering department.
