Roles and Responsibilities:
- In-process round/ IPQA activities of Warehouse and production.
- To report any discrepancies observed during in-process check rounds.
- To recommend corrective/preventive action to concern and to review compliance.

- Executed BMR review for packing release.
- BMR observation reporting & ensuring closure prior to batch release.
- Critical Process Parameter updation for each reviewed BMR.
- QC order editing and confirmation in ERP system for packing release.
- Observation trend preparation for filled BMR review for monthly-quarterly presentation.
- Training need identification based on BMR review.

- Daily checking of ‘SS Bin for Documents/labels Destruction’.
- To report & discuss with concerned person/Dept. and section Head about observations related to SS Bin and GDP practices.
- To Suggest and check compliance of GDP related issues.

- Cleaning Verification & Validation Procedure monitoring & Sampling.
|
- Media Fill activity Monitoring.
- Media Fill Visual Inspection monitoring & related activities.
- Executed Media Fill BMR Review.

- PV Protocol Review against BMR.
|
- Review & Closing of Process/Equipment feasibility Report with supporting documents.
|
- Closing activity of batch manufacturing record in absence of responsible person.
|
- Review of Batch Packing Record in absence of responsible person.
|
- Approval for over printed packing materials in absence of responsible person.
|
- Issuance, Handling, Maintenance and Retrieval of Register, Hard Book, Log Book, Record Book, Forms/Format And Perforated Book.

- Handling of change control through QMS software (Initiate, Review and Closer)
|
- Handling of corrective and preventive action in QMS software (Initiate, Review and Closure)

- Handling of Unplanned deviation, Planned deviation through QMS software (Initiate, Review and Closure)
