Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, coordinate and execute E-learning Training System across all locations of COD Research.
• Conduct trainings and prepare content modules in efficient manner. Plan and organize various methods of training and evaluation.
• Identify and implement innovative training methodologies.
• Identify external trainers for special trainings on regulatory requirements as well as soft skills as per department TNI.
• Facilitate internal trainings across COD Research functions.
• Act as Archivist with different functions across COD Research for archival and retrieval of records as applicable
