Roles and Responsibilities
Exp : 7 + Years; Industry : Nutraceuticals Manufacturing ( Formulations)
1. Responsible for receipt, handling, storage, issue of raw materials and packaging materials as per standard operating procedure and monitoring of temperature conditions in warehouse.
2. Ensure compliance to GxPs as designed and implemented by the organization
3. To monitor, record and communicate daily status of material to the concerned.
4. Ensuring product dispatches in compliance with GDP requirements.
5. Responsible for planning and execution of dispatches in coordination with logistics/excise/customs team.
6. To implement safety measures with respect to the material in warehouse.
7. Coordinate to liaise with production, PPIC, maintenance, QC and other departments with respect to the material status and availability of the material. 8. Responsible for disposal of rejected material/expired material and non-moving materials.
9. Responsible for handling of recalled/returned goods/products.
10. Responsible for handling Regulatory audits and participate in market complaints, failure/incident /event investigations as need be.
11. Responsible to participate in Quality Risk Management exercises and implementation of applicable actions.
12. Responsible for initiation of change control, Evaluation, investigation and proposal of remedial action for PNC.
13. Responsible to Initiate and implement CAPA as identified from time to time and ensure their effectiveness monitoring
