Roles and Responsibilities:
Team Lead (QA) QMS Section( Roles and Responsibilities)
1. Handling of Audit & Compliance, Deviation, CAPA, Change control form initiation to Approval.
2. Review of the BMR/BPR filled by the production before final release of he product and final checking of finished product before releasing he batch for dispatch.
3. Co-ordination for Batach Release.
4. Review and approval of artworks, shade cards and other Quality Assurance packaging development related documents.
5. Coordinate with change control team for closing the change control document
6. Verification & Follow up of CAPA implementation
7. Review of QMS Documents
8. Responsible for Quality Risk Management.
9. Coordinate with all department for Risk Management.
10. Review and approve of Annual Product Quality Review.
11. Regulatory inspection tracking of regulatory commitment & associated CAPAS.
Sr.Officer to Executive- Roles and Responsibility
1. Handling of day to day QMS of Engineering
2. Carrying out investigation of Deviation.
3. Raising of Change Control ,CAPA
4.Qualification of Engineering documentation
5. Training of Engineering department
6.All Audits related compliance etc.
IPQA Skilled Staff – Roles and Responsibilities
1. IPQA activities in Parenteral plant.
2. Batch record reviews
3. Media fill activities.
Required Candidate profile
Must have background of Sterile Injectable Plant .
