Roles and Responsibilities
QA JD : Hands on experience on
- To perform IPQA activities at shop floor in each and every stage of sterile manufacturing and packing.
- QA overview for clean room behavior and aseptic activity.
- Review of batch processing records.
- Review of all documents relating to the manufacturing, Packaging & analysis report prior to batch release.
- QA overview for receipt of material from warehouse to production.
- IPQA of Dispensing, Manufacturing, Packaging and Dispatch activities.
- Review and Control of SOPs, Specification, BPR issuance, Master Formulae and Records.
- Preparation & Review of process validation protocols and reports.
- Executing the validation/revalidation activity in the absence of authorized person.
- Responsible for regulatory audits
QC JD: Hands on experience on
Analytical instruments like HPLC, UPLC, Dissolution, ICPMS, AAS etc..
Candidate must have exposure of regulatory
OSD Production JD: Hands on experience on
- Productivity and Documentation
- Initiate process for taking manufacturing batch as per the schedule shared by Production head.
- Issue shifted materials for granulation from quarantine area.
- Perform end-to-end documentations during granulation which majorly include; online BMR filling, recording differential pressure, temperature and RH, Balance verification etc.
- Ensure adherence to SOP, GMP guidelines, BMR etc. during the granulation process.
- Facilitate all applicable SOP trainings to new technicians and helper joining in the area IPQC check for moisture.
- Give intimation to QA for IPQC sample and Line clearance after changeover completion.
- Production hygiene and Cleanliness
- Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the granulation area as per the regulatory requirement.
- Ensure proper cleanliness of filter bags and maintain the storage area of filter bags.
- Ensuring IPC cleaning of general washing area.
- Machine operation and troubleshooting
- Responsible for appropriate and efficient use of machine and equipment in the area.
- Coordinate with engineering team for any machine related troubleshooting and ensure quick resolution to the problem.
- During new machine installation, support Engineering, QA and Vendor team for Installation Qualification (IQ) and Operation Qualification (OQ).
- Perform Performance Qualification (PQ) at the time of new machine installation under the guidance of production head.
- Taking validation batches as per the guidance of production head.
- For all the positions, candidates should also have sound knowledge cGMP documentation and must be familiar with cGMP requirements.
