Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for compliance for various Regulatory/Domestic audits.
2. To review and approval of plant documentation, compilation for submission to regulatory requirements.
3. Responsible for the preparation, review, assess and approval of deviations, change control, non conformances, out of specifications, OOT, validation reports, APQR reports, stability reports etc.
4. To ensure the standard operating procedures, Validation protocols, Master Formula Records, batch records (BMR,/BPR) and all other Master documents viz., Site Master File, Validation Master Plan, Quality Manual, company profile and other documents as per GDP/GMP.
5. Responsible for the preparation and review of validation & Qualification of the process / Cleaning / Facility
/Equipment /Instrument etc.
6. To ensure the timely investigation of market complaints with support team and comply with CAPA.
7. To ensure the periodic assessment of the vendors through vendor audit and vendor approval.
8. To ensure the Process Validation, Equipment qualification & AMV protocol & report is in place.
9. Check and Verify the Control sample Record and maintains the control sample Area.
10. Responsible for preparation of BMR and BPR.
Desired Candidate Profile
B. Pharma / B. Sci/ M. Sci/ M. Pharma with relevant experience in OSD Formulation Unit.
