Roles and Responsibilities
To develop and validate analytical methods for Customers
Maintain of GLP norms in all respective areas
To analyze samples on GC and HPLC and report.
Testing of reference materials in line with requirement of ISO/ IEC / 17025 & ISO Guide 34.
Counter checking of results.
In house calibration of GC/HPLC and documentation of same and submit data to QA.
Checking of Standard operating procedures, test procedures and protocols and ensure compliance of the same.
Reporting of OOS, incident, deviation to technical manager.
To make sure that the log books of instruments / reagents are always updated.
To co-ordinate with service engineer in case of breakdown / service.
To analyse the sample by ICP-MS / OES.
Development & Validation of Methods on ICP-MS / OES.
Analysis & Method Validation on HPLC / GC.
Chemical analysis.
