Roles and Responsibilities
1. Indenting the Raw materials against the Batch manufacturing sheet which are submitted by the production people for process order.
2. Verification of Raw material issues and General consumables issues whether it is perfect or not from the warehouse on daily basis.
3. Creation of process orders and Closing.
4. Preparation of SAP BOM and recipe. Issues rectification related to SAP and Change
BOM and recipes as per change control.
5. For Batch order management and confirmation system, Data will be collected from
Batch manufacturing sheets where located at Quality Assurance department such as
a Batch Start date, start time and Finished date and end time
b. Output Quantity and packing details such as drums
c. For Input materials, all raw materials issue data
d. Receipts of recovery solvents, mother liquors, spent solids
e. Reconciliation of input materials, purified solvents.
Details of process delays and deviations. 6. Preparation of Monthly Production Report.
7. Monthly Raw material consumption, finished stock, work in process, Neuland DDP commercial activities will be prepared from the SAP.
