Key Skills : Autoclaves, Vial Filling, Lyophilizer machine, Vial Washing Aseptic Activities, cGMP, Sealing Machines etc.
- Responsible for Operation of Vial/PFS filling machine, vial Sealing Machine and Lyophilizer.
- Responsible for cleaning and sanitization of classified areas and equipment’s.
- Person shall have good aseptic knowledge and practices to carry out the aseptic operations
- Responsible for online documentation and maintaining facility for every time audit readiness
- Responsible for monitoring of Vial/PFS filling, vial Sealing and Lyophilizer operations.
- Responsible for to carry out the line clearance, online documentation and batch manufacturing activities.
- Person shall have good adherence on procedures, aseptic operations and practices to carry out the aseptic operations.
- Responsible for Handling of APA equipment’s and movement of DS/FDS and DP.
- Responsible for handling manpower and achieving planned targets with cGMP
- Responsible for preparation of SOP’s, Batch records and review of process documents.
