Your Role:

As a Qualification analyst you authoring and reviewing qualification documents.

• • Author/Review the qualification documents required for an application.
  • Provide adequate review comments to the respective Service Delivery Managers and highlight them if faced with any issues.
  • Make sure the documents are authored as per the Standard procedure and highlight the findings as part of the review.
  • Connect with the Global IT Quality team to keep yourself updated with the current process of the IT.
  • Communicate the new process to the Service Delivery Managers and be available to address any queries.
  • Perform a Periodic check on Qualification documents to make sure the is compliant.
  • Provide the monthly status report on Qualification documents to the Leads.
  • Adhere to processes and methodologies to perform the required activities.
  • Proper documentation of all the project related activities.
  • Your Qualification expertise will be also required for the ongoing Projects.
  • Report deviations from defined processes to the respective Service Delivery Managers and recommend associated improvements.
  • Excellent communication skills as you will be required to assist the Service Delivery Managers globally.
  • Providing guidance, mentoring and to give learning sessions on the Qualification process to the global team members when required.
