Roles and Responsibilities
Apollo is looking for immediate joining of pharmacist at Hyderabad location-
Job Role and Responsibilities:
- Prescription Validation Review the doctors Prescription, checking its Validity and legality.
- Prescription digitization
- Outbound Calls- Contact Customers in order to Digitize Prescription and create Order for all Prescription upload cases.
- Educate the customers on Medicines dosage
- Ensure 100% adherence on SOPs and Process guidelines
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Should possess a temperament for handling customer with empathy
Desired Skills
- Good knowledge in Brands and Molecules
- Sound Knowledge on Therapeutic classification of Drugs
- Good communication skills
- Should be well versed in MS office
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Temperament to handle customers with empathy.
Working Days in a Week: 6 days
Shift Time 9hour ( 8hour working + 1 hr break time)
Shift time: Rotational Shift and Night Shift
Qualification: B. Pharma / M. Pharma / D. Pharma / Pharm
