Key Job Description: (Not more than 5 points in 6 lines)
- To coordinate between the customer and Internal Technical team(mfg, QA, QC, IRA) plant for on time resolution of query raised by the customer for Europe & USA and Maintain MIS, activity tracker/ORCP
- Proactively identify and follow up client specific activity/MOM of calls, Maintain pending PO and provide to client PO/forecast update.
- Provide monthly presentation on projects work to timeline , activity and develop New project technical presentation and Project/activity plan with timeline and budget. Monitor and update client specific activity eg stability studies , time point report etc
- Ensure on time dispatch of supplies and completion of activity via proactive tracking.
