Job description:
- Operation of vial filling and PFS filling Operation.
- Operation, CIP and SIP of Lyophilized
- Compounding, Aseptic Filtration process
- Sterilization operations (Autoclave)
- Exposure to regulatory audits.
- Hands on experience in vial filling, sealing & washing machine and PFS filling.
- Plan, prepare and execute as per the Filling schedule
- Manpower planning, handling and utilization
- CIP, SIP of mixing vessels and filling machines
- Involved in IQ, OQ, PQ and RQ of Autoclave, Vial Filling line and Lyophilizer
