Key roles :
1. Responsible for Coordination of all training activities related to the employees and for new joinees.
2. To coordinate the training evaluation of all employees
3. Responsible for Preparation, Issuance & archival of training records.
4. Providing cGMP and system related training to all the Employees
5. Planning and completion of Induction training for new joinees.
6. Responsible for the coordination of internal and external trainings etc.
