Roles and Responsibilities:
- Primary responsibility is to review preclinical (In vivo & In vitro) reports of all clients and check its relevant compliance with client requirements, regulatory guidelines, in-house standard operating procedures and generate audit reports for the same and also participate in the discussions in case of any client queries.
- Primary responsibility is to do facility, system and process audit and review related documents both soft and hard copies and ensure their compliance to client and regulatory requirements.
- Review Electronic Laboratory notebooks (eLNB) and ensure its compliance with regulatory and ensure implementation of ALCOA+ principles.
- To prepare and review protocols, in-house standard operating procedures and maintain a schedule of revision dates and if any updates from global standard practices to be included in a timely manner and uploaded into electronic data management system (EDMS).
- To review Liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS) calibrations and validations and also check the audit trails of the specific studies.
- Plan and conduct live audit/in-process, retrospective audit, safety audit & Laboratory audits.
- Prepare templates checklists for checking the reports and harmonize the report template format as per client requirement.
- To manage the test compounds received from various clients.
- To train the team about quality aspects and update about the regulatory guidelines, client requirements.

SCIENTIFIC MANAGER – HYDERABAD
Desired Candidate Profile
- Extensive experience (7-9 yrs with masters, 2-5 years with Phd.) in a wide variety of in vitro ADME assays (PPB, Microsomal stability, hepatocyte stability etc), and deep fundamental understanding of mechanistic ADME, including a solid track record in applying new science and technologies to enhance in vitro ADME assays.
- Should able to perform the assay individually and guide the team to perform these assays as per client requirement.
- Able to understand the bioanalytical data and do assay troubleshooting of various technical aspects as and when required.
- Strong communication skills and should have experiences in supporting novel modalities and managing in vitro ADME assays
- Prior experience conducting ADME assays and understanding of the concept of metabolism is preferred
- Analyze data and maintain detailed, accurate and comprehensible study documentations
- Ability to clearly communicate and work collaboratively with others
- Able to independently interpret findings and make presentations at internal and external meetings
- The individual is expected to be proactive, organized, and passionate about ADME/drug disposition
