- Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Development of biochemical and cell based in vitro assays using various technologies (Fluorescence Polarization, HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET, Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLisa etc)
- Screening of NCEs using validated biochemical and cell based in vitro assays using different technologies as specified above
- Hands on experience in setting up qPCR, western blot assays
- Preparing SOP drafts of validated biochemical and cell based assays
- Drafting technical write up’s for proposals to be submitted to clients
- Experimental record management
- Laboratory equipment management
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3-6 years after M.Sc./M.Tech in an industry set up with above techniques.
- Qualification: M.Sc/M.Tech in any of the applied biological sciences (Eg., Biotechnology, Microbiology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry etc.)
