Job Description:
- Provide routine support for Manufacturing digitalization applications and drive new initiatives from the IT front for e-logbook, engineering asset management, E-BMR, E-BPR, MES system, SCADA integration for all mfg. PLC and HMI central data repository MIDM-Machine integrated data management of Honeywell and Anmeda, Manufacturing dashboard, MRP planning system, warehouse inventory management system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend appropriate solutions to optimize plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, including 21 CFR part 11 compliance, validation, CSV, documentation of protocols, and pharma shop floor processes. Experience with USFDA audit requirements is preferred.
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of manufacturing processes and systems, including involved machine knowledge and PLC and HMI knowledge.
- Implement and maintain manufacturing automation systems to ensure efficient plant operations, including OPC software, historian platform, data platform, and weighing scale integration.
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and training documentation related to the automation systems.
- Train end-users and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting for the automation systems.
- Coordinate with end-users, quality team, and design applications to meet business and quality/regulatory requirements.
