Roles and Responsibilities:
A Recruitment Intern supports the recruiting team by ensuring that all the duties required are performed timeously and correctly. This will include the following tasks:
- Posting job ads
- Conducting the preliminary round of interview and sharing evaluation with the hiring manager
- Handling incoming applications and collating received documentation
- Minuting interviews, meetings, and discussions
- Maintaining ongoing contact with candidates
- Organizing or conducting reference checks
- Preparing regular reports on ongoing recruitment activities
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Coordinating new hire orientations
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities
- Benchmarking and data collection for updating policies as needed
