Roles and Responsibilities
Job Title/Designation: Senior Executive QA/QC Agro commodities (Malad West Location)
Job description
- Daily evaluation of product quality check and reports generations across regions
- Daily evaluation of RM/PM quality check and reports generations across regions
- Pest control execution and effectiveness evaluation at kitchen cafes
- Design and deploy quality control system and continual improvements
- Executing and planning
- Quality processes are followed and adhered in their respective city
- Implementing Food Safety
- Management System in regional kitchens warehouses.
- Involved in customer complaint analysis and devise CAPA for the same.
- Provide technical cosultation to teams for process enhancement
- Planning delivering trainings to teams for GMP, HACCP, Food safety etc.
- Vendor audit and performance evaluations for quality improvement.
- Design and updation of raw material and packing material specifications.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Technical Skills
• 4-6 years of work experience in a similar field.
• Good knowledge of Quality Assurance.
• Proficiency with email and Microsoft Office application; especially Excel & Word.
• Efficient in English language and confident to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
• Graduation in relevant stream.
• Tech Savvy and well versed with PC Skills
Soft Skill
• Basic understanding of business functions.
• A high level of accuracy across all aspects of your work.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to work on Australian Time Zone 4.30AM to 12.30PM – Monday to Friday
• Over 2-3 years of experience will be filtered out.
