Roles and Responsibilities
To verify and ensure the implementation of all SOP at shop floor.
To monitor and ensure that the correct practices and procedures are followed during
production activity at shop floor.
To perform the line clearance of all areas.
To perform the in process testing during packing and manufacturing.
To review BMR and BPR at shop floor to ensure the documentation compliance.
To perform the sampling of equipment’s during cleaning validation/verification
activity.
Management of retention sample room activities – upkeep, sample archival, sample
retrieval, visual inspection, destruction of expired samples temperature monitoring.
Management of document storage room.
Compilation of Product Quality review as per the schedule.
Management of Service providers.
To review artwork and shade cards.
Handling of supplier complaints.
Any other activities/support as instructed by the superiors as and when required.
